Caption on back: To the Medical Profession - We recognize that the physician is the highest authority in all matters of dietetics and that the protection of the public health is dependent upon him. As manufacturers of a food product marketed to the public, we feel that the physician should be given complete information regarding the actual composition and the method of preparation of suck products in order that he can form an intelligent opinion of their comparative value as articles of diet.
